Delete your Ponjika account

Ponjika app. You can delete your account and data in two ways.

In the app

1. Open Ponjika and go to the Settings tab.
2. Scroll to the bottom and tap "Delete all my data".
3. Confirm. Your account and data are deleted straight away.

By email

If you no longer have the app, email ponjika@cruq.ai from the email address you signed in with, with the subject "Delete my Ponjika account". We delete it within 30 days and reply to confirm.

What is deleted

Your sign-in account, your backed-up profile (city, language, tradition, birth and family details), your saved chats and your usage counters. Nothing is kept afterwards. Data stored only on your phone is removed when you delete it in the app or uninstall Ponjika.
